To create a better piano effects, DoraPiano offers a variety of essential controls that make it easy to adjust and configure various parameters. Any changes made through these controls are reflected in real-time within the scene and automatically synchronized to the database almost instantly, so "Save" or "Apply" button is not required.

Range

DoraPiano features sophisticated noise algorithms that typically involve multiple parameters. The Range control allows you to fine-tune these parameters using sliders, dynamically altering the characteristics of the noise in real-time. For example, you can adjust parameters like "Frequency" and "Amplitude" to achieve different audio-visual effects.

Beyond dragging the slider, you can also type values directly into the input field for more precise control, even beyond the slider's default range.

Some control ranges may seem limiting or unconventional, but don't hesitate to experiment! Try entering larger values through the input field to discover unexpected creative possibilities.

Color Picker

Color is arguably the most crucial parameter—nearly every effect requires color customization. DoraPiano's Color Picker control makes it easy to select and adjust color parameters.

You can manually enter hexadecimal color codes or click the color swatch to open an intuitive visual color selector for a more hands-on approach.

I'm considering developing a coordinate-based color selection system—imagine colors that transition based on world coordinates or UV mapping. If this interests you, I'd love to hear your suggestions!

Toggle

Toggle controls primarily enable or disable plugins. While most plugins can be removed entirely, Toggle is particularly useful when you want to preserve your plugin configuration but temporarily disable its effects.

Selector

The Selector control lets you choose from predefined options, making it ideal for parameters that have a limited set of valid values.

File Selector

The File Input control enables you to upload local files for use in your scenes. For instance, you can upload custom texture images, background graphics, and more to personalize your visual effects.
