Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity
  • For Monthly and Yearly subscriptions: You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription

Subscription-Specific Terms

Monthly Subscription ($4.99/month)

  • Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription or renewal
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

Yearly Subscription ($39.99/year)

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase or annual renewal
  • After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the year
  • You may cancel to prevent automatic renewal at any time

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Your registered email address
    • Your order/transaction ID (found in your confirmation email)
    • Brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

Exceptions and Special Cases

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using DoraPiano, please contact support first. We'll work to resolve the issue. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable timeframe, we'll offer a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a system error, we'll issue a full refund immediately upon verification.

Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.

Disputed Charges

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect your ability to use DoraPiano in the future.

Downgrades and Cancellations

You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations: Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are given for the remaining time.
  • Downgrades: When downgrading from Yearly to Monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your annual period. No partial refunds are issued.
  • Upgrades: When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately.
