1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DoraPiano (the "Service"), operated by Cheng Lu (Trading as DoraPiano), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DoraPiano is a web-based SaaS platform that provides MIDI visualization tools. We offer both free features and premium subscriptions/licenses that unlock advanced 3D visual effects and exporting capabilities.
3. Payments and Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
By subscribing to our Premium plans, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with DoraPiano, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team or Paddle's buyer support.
5. Intellectual Property
The visualization effects, 3D assets, and software code are the exclusive property of DoraPiano. Users retain all rights to the MIDI data and musical performances they input into the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
DoraPiano is provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or hardware incompatibility.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
